My Little Monster

I know this post is a little late but here are the pictures from Halloween. Karson was Mike from Monsters Inc. He wasn't sure about the trick-or treating at first, but after a house or two he got the hang of it. By the end of the night he was trying to go in the people's houses and was trying to take more than a handful of candy at each house. He had quite the loot once we got home!!!

On Saturday we took Karson to his first Texas A&M football game. They played Mizzou. It was fun watching him take in the experience. He did pretty well too. He only had to leave the stands twice to run the ramps and get some energy out. It helped that he can fall asleep anywhere...and he chose to take about a 45 min or more nap before halftime until the 3rd quarter. He even made it thru overtime...which I wasn't sure he would. Even though the Aggies lost in the end it was a fun time!

The Fire Hat

Karson is following in his father's footsteps. He has decided to start wearing Kris' fire helmet that he wore when we was a kid. From what I have been told he wore it all the time and it was like his security blanket.

Don't Worry Gotham City is Safe Again

Karson had his Halloween party at school on Friday. He dressed up as Batman. He had so much fun at his party, and he is looking forward to wearing his other Halloween costume on Monday.

We went to the Arboretum last night for one of their Thursday outdoor concerts. It was a Bon Jovi cover band, and it was really a lot of fun! The kids had a blast running around and dancing. I think the glow sticks that Kris went and got for them were a HIT! It was a night of good music, good company and good wine...what else could a person ask for?!?!?!?!

These are from a week ago, but as you can tell Karson loves riding in the Jeep with the top off. Luckily the weather is finally nice enough that he can ride with the top off for a week or so. While we were driving he kept saying, "Go, go, go!".
