Lately every time I turn around Karson has pulled one of his ties out of his drawer and is paying with it. I think he wants to dress like daddy does. So on Monday night we gave him one of Kris' old ties to play with. Kris tied it and put it around his neck. He looked so cute running around the house in his tie and pajamas. He didn't want me to take it off at bedtime....but since it was probably a choking hazard we took it off.

Little Gym
In January Karson started going to little gym once a week. He goes with Grams, so I haven't actually gotten to see him in action but these pictures give me a good idea of how much fun he is having. I can already tell how much he has learned in the short time he has been going. I can't wait to see all the new things he is going to learn from this experience!

It's a...
I don't really know why, but for some reason I have been absent from blogging lately. And in my absence I have not even mentioned that we are expecting a second child in July. I can't believe I am already 17 weeks along and have not mentioned anything. I think that at first I did not blog about it because we kept it a secret for most of the first trimester, but since then I guess life has gotten in the way.
Anyway... we went to the doctor yesterday and found out that it is a BOY! We are very excited that Karson will have a little brother to play with and be best buddies for life with!
I will try to start blogging more about baby #2, Karson and the happenings of our life. ( I will post belly pics soon)

Catching Up
Getting ready for his sleepover at Duke & Grams house.
Okay so...I know I have been MIA for the last few weeks. Here are all the pictures I have taken in January. We have had lots of fun at the park, just hanging around the house and we had a blast on New Year's Eve at the Crisler's house.

Christmas
We woke up Christmas morning and opened presents. Karson really got into opening the gifts. It was a nice relaxing morning just the three of us. Then we made homemade waffles and enjoyed a great breakfast. In the afternoon we went to my parents house to open more presents and have dinner. Karson got the Rock n' Roll Elmo. He loves to make him talk. My parents decided to start a new tradition of having the grand kids spend the night on Christmas night. So Karson stayed there and we came home to relax after dinner. It was a great Christmas.
