Visiting Mommy's School

We visited my school today. All the teachers thought Karson was so cute! He slept most of the time. It was great getting to visit with everyone. I can't believe I my time at home with him is almost over, but at least I only have to go back to school for 2 weeks...then summer fun!

Visiting Pop's at Work

Today we went to Kris' school to see him. Everyone had been asking when I was going to bring him up to school. We walked all around the school so Kris could show him off to all of his teachers. Karson was a big hit. He even wore argyle socks like his Pop's. I didn't know it but Kris had the same color argyle on today as well. So they looked too cute with their matching socks!

One Month Check Up

Today Karson had his one month check up. I can't believe it has already been a month! He is growing so fast! He did great at his check up. He is now 9lbs 10oz. and 21 1/4 inches long. He is 45% for weight and 40% for height. Overall the check up went great and they said he was doing spectacular! He is changing and doing so much more each week. I can't wait to see what this next month brings.

I will start by saying Kris has it in his head that he wants to go by "Pops" instead of daddy. We will see how that works out for him. Anyway I took these pictures last night of Kris and Karson. Every night they spend the time after dinner and before bed together, just hanging out and watching tv. I think it is a great time for them to bond (and for me to get a break)!!!

My childhood friend from Georgia and her family were in town this past weekend. They came to the house for dinner and to meet Karson on Saturday night. It was great getting to see them. I am so glad they came and they got to meet Karson. Hopefully we will see them again soon! (s0rry no Karson pictures because he slept the whole time!)

We went to Nana and Papa's house to celebrate Karson's first Easter. Earlier in the week we went to the mall to get his picture taken with his cousin Madison and the real bunnies. (I will post the picture of the two of them when I get a copy.)
