Up, Up, Up and Away

On Friday we visited the Flight Museum. Karson loved looking at the airplanes and playing in the kids area. I think his daddy also enjoyed it, since it was full of historical memorabilia.

A White Christmas

I have lots of pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas on the camera but for now here are a few of Karson and Kris playing in the few inches of snow we got on Christmas Day. It was Knox's first snow but he was napping when we went out to play, so unfortunately no pictures.

Give Me Five

Knox turned five months yesterday. He is getting so big! This isn't a month we have a check up so here is just a quick list of what he's up to.

* plays in bouncer all the time

*rolls over both ways

* started eating cereal from spoon twice a day

* loves to watch his big brother

* enjoys watching anything Karson is watching. He also likes to watch sports.

* sleeping 12-13 hours most nights ( usually have to wake him up during the week)

* smiles all the time!!!

Last night we went to the DPC for dinner with Santa. Here is a sneak peak... The rest I'll post once I get them off the camera. But don't my boys look handsome!?!?

Knox's Dedication

Yesterday we had Knox's Baby Dedication at church. He smiled thru the whole thing. Both my boys looked handsome. I have more pictures on the camera but here is a sneak peak from the phone pictures.

Black Friday

Today Knox had his first experience of Black Friday shopping. We didn't go super early or for very long, but we did get quite a few people marked off the list. As you can see he enjoyed himself.

Even Batman Needs Santa

Karson saw Santa this week when they were at the mall and insisted he get his picture with him. This is not the official Santa photo for 2012, but I do think its cute in their batman shirts.

Four Months Today

Knox turned four months today. He is getting so big! We went to the doctor yesterday for his four month check-up. He weight 15lbs. 10oz (75%), length 26 1/2 in (95%). He is really a growing boy!

He is doing the following these days:

* eating 5-6 bottles daily of at least 6 ounces each

* napping is still sporadic, but typically three times a day

* sleeping at least 10-12 hours a night

* plays in jumper, on play mat and in bumbo

* likes to sit up when holding him

* laughs and coos all the time

* smiles when he hears mommy's voice

* loves to watch his big brother

* loves to watch bubble guppies and baby genius sing along videos with Karson

Brotherly Love

Karson has really been loving on Knox lately. He loves to kiss and hug on him. The other night Knox was crying so Karson gave him the teddy bear that Karson made for him when Knox was born. It was so sweet.

Gig'em Aggies

This weekend we went to the Texas A&M vs Alabama game in Tuscaloosa. The Crisler's went with us. It was our first big weekend getaway with out kids since Knox was born. The Aggies came to play and it was an amazing game! They beat number one Alabama 29-24. Whoop!!! It was a fun trip with great football and friends!

Happy Halloween

Knox is Three Months- YIPPEEE!!!

Yesterday Knox turned three months old. He is doing so many amazing things he is doing right now. He went to the doctor last week for a cold and he weighed 13.11 lbs. He is growing fast!  

He is doing the following things now:

Holding his head up very well

Sitting in bumbo a lot

Drinking 6 bottles of 6 oz each 

Sleeping 10-12 hours

Giggling a bunch

Smiling & cooing

I can't wait to see what this month brings!

My Cuties

Mr.Fix-it

 

Karson loves to use his tools and fix things.  I caught him in action the other morning.  He is always safe and wears his safety goggles.

Our Lil' Aggie

On September 22nd we took Karson to the Aggie game with us.  He had a blast!  He was so excited about the game that he couldn't nap all day.  So of course he fell asleep during the second quarter on our laps.  He woke up right before the band came out to paly at half time.  He has a fun time and cried when it was time to leave.  It was a great family fun day!

Knox's 2 month post

Knox turned 2 months on the 17th of September, unfortunately I also went back to work on the same day so I haven't had time to post. He is doing amazing! We went to the doctor for his 2 month. He is now 12lbs.(65%), 23 3/4 inches (75%) . He is growing so fast! As far as what he I'd doing now he is doing the following amazing things:
* sleeping 9 or more hours at night
* eating on a pretty routine schedule
* starting to master his head control--- he should be there soon
* loves playing on his play mat. He can stay there for hours!
* makes lots of noises and cooing
