We are now a happy family of four!  This was taken on the day we came home from the hospital.

Knox Sullivan Vernon was born on July 17th at 7:38pm.  He was 6lbs 15oz (exact same weight as his brother's birth weight) and 21 1/2 inches long. We are thrilled to have him.  He is a wonderful baby!  He loves to sleep like his brother did!

Go, Trolley, Go

On Saturday we went to ride the trolley dowtown.  Karson loved riding the trolley!  Of course, he called it a choo choo train.  It was a fun thing to do with just him before Knox arrives this week.

I guess I haven't talked much about Baby Knox in a while, but here is what the nursery looks like now that it is finished.  I think it turned out great!  I couldn't have done it without all the help my mom gave me.  She mad all the bedding and helped me figure out the art work as well. 

We go in tomorrow morning for me to be induced, so soon enough there will be plenty of blog posts on our new lil' guy.

Another Great Year

In June we celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary.  Kris surprised me with a little getaway.  Since I can't really travel these days he took me to the Fairmont Hotel downtown for the night.  We hung out by the pool and relaxed all afternoon.  Then, we had a wonderful dinner at Tillman's Roadhouse and walked around Bishop Arts.  It was a great surprise!!!  I am very lucky to be married to a wonderful and loving husband and father.  I can't wait to see what this next year together brings.

On the fourth we went to McKinney to Grams and Duke's house.  The Crisler's joined us.  Karson and Carter had a great time swimming and hanging out together.
