On Saturday we celebrated the Fourth a day early with my family. We went to my Aunt's house. The weather was gross so we didn't get to swim, but it was still fun. We went to her neighbors for a big cookout for dinner.

Karson had a fun time...well he did once we figured out he is teething--- (yes, I know it is early)---but he is indeed teething. He has one in the front top and one on the side. He was inconsolable for most of Saturday afternoon, until we watched him chewing on his pacifier and started to feel around and felt what appears to be teething. Kris' mom said he got his early. Anyway after we got something for his gums he was able to finally nap and was a new man when he woke up for the cookout.

On Sunday evening we had the Nichols' and the Crisler's over for a cookout. It was fun to just relax and hang out with friends. Karson enjoyed hanging out with his friends, Colby and Carter, too.

Overall I think Karson had a great first fourth!!!
